Mathew Owen and myself review the ever-loving shit out of Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince. Snape reveals more of his character in the twisted plot of who's working for who? There's a huge moment at the end - probably the biggest in the series - so be warned as we talk about everything.
Hey all, this will be a quick solo review from myself. We could do a whole spoiler discussion with Matthew Owen if you wanted. Tweet me @gamethinktalk to request a big fat spolier discusssion, or DM if you don't want anyone to know what you're listening to in those secret earbuds
Matthew Hayes shares his Tekken 7 review with us. What's new? Who is it for? Where does it sit in the current crop of fighters?
I tell Hayes about my adventures with Final Fantasy XIII. Is it is bad as they say?
Matthew Hayes got into the Everybody's Golf Closed Beta and also played a bit of ARMs. Does the Japanese golf game survive losing the name Hot Shots? Are the new online features fun?
Matthew Hayes from WWG is with us to talk all about Injustice 2. It's got a robust single player, rock solid multi, and enough grinding to keep players happy for months. Not to mention the special scenarios that number in the thousands.

Mat and Matthew O deliver the ultimate breakdown/analysis/critique of one of the greatest films of all time. ALIEN
Holy shit! There's been quite a bit of time between uploads. The good news is that we were still producing content, and you're getting four new episodes, for free! Of course it's free, it's a podcast.
On this episode:
GameThinkTalk - The Surge, Butcher. our favorite controller, FFIX, - YouTube
Does Prey rise above its inspirations? Is Little Nightmares a good INSIDE alternative? How do GTA IV and V hold up and compare in 2017?
I go through the best Sega CD games...obviously
First half spoiler-free, then a deep dive
Finally a truly great script. Where Goblet of Fire was spread far too thin, Order of the Phoenix has laser sharp focus and it pays off bigtime.
If you've been following the podcast and are thinking "what's with these movie reviews? I subscribed to 'game' think talk, not movie chit chat!"
I'll be adding a few more gaming focused episodes beyond the weekly podcast. These will cover games I'm playing that don't fit into the normal show. Like GTA IV and V for example. I have a lot of thoughts about them but haven't felt the right time to bring them up in the big show.
As always, you can email me at email@example.com with suggestions, questions, and comments that can be read on the show if you wish.
Bye for now.
Goblet was much bigger than the previous three and the film struggled mightily to find focus. This is a great example of what movies can't do that books can. Including a wide breadth of elements from the book in a shallow way makes for a frustrating watching experience.
However, there were some great elements including a killer ending and of the best villain reveals I've seen in a long time.
Enjoy the dicussion as we break it down, give it a star rating and rank it among the first four entries in the franchise.

Children of Men's Alfonso Cuaron wags his wand at the Potter franchise to conjure up a darker shade of fun. But can his considerable talents save a soggy script?
Matthew Hayes joins me to talk about the games in the title. We also read a question and comment from our youtube page because they were good. Youtube needs more of that. Bunch of freaks.
Mat and Matthew O continue their journey to review every Potter film in 2017. Chamber of Secrets gets darker and plants the seeds for many of the movies to come. It's also the longest film in the franchise. Does that mean best? Probably not.
Myself and Matthew Owen will be reviewing the entire Potter franchise, one film at a time. First up is this one.
Matthew Owen just finished his review of Yooka-Laylee and is here to provide the audio version.
The discussion shisfts towards reviews in general, numbered scores, and the rest. I found it interesting, I hope you do too.
